Stephen Joffe, MD FACS

Dr. Joffe has a reputation for attracting top ophthalmologists to specialize in LASIK surgery.  Dr. Joffe became interested in the application of laser technology in ophthalmology in 1991, immediately after the approval of the first laser to perform laser vision correction procedures in Canada was approved. Upon approval by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States of the initial laser vision correction treatment in 1995, Dr. Joffe opened the first laser vision correction center in the United States at LCA Vision’s corporate headquarters in Cincinnati.  In 1996, LCA-Vision began its expansion efforts, and in 1998 LCA Vision began to market its services to consumers under the LasikPlus brand.  Learn more >>

Kenneth Smith, MDLouisville Medical Director

Milan Patel, MD
